We’re happy for you to book your move as soon as you can. This will help secure the date and time that suits you best. Ideally, schedule your move at least two weeks ahead to make sure you’ve got everything in place. However, if things happen in a rush, then we will do our utmost to make a last minute move happen for you.
How can I make a booking?
This part is easy. Either use our online booking system via our website or give us a call and one of our consultants will happily discuss your needs and secure your date.
Is it possible to get help packing and unpacking?
Absolutely! This is one of our most requested services. You tell us what you need packed and when we can start packing and we will supply the packing materials and the manpower. The same goes once you have arrived. Let us know where you want us to start and leave it to us while you settle in. Let our consultants know when you’ll need help and we’ll give you all the help you need.
I’ve got some really sentimental items. Will they be safe during the move?
We use only the best quality packing techniques and materials. If you are packing them yourself, feel free to ask for advice. You can even purchase specialised wraps and packing through our Box Shop. Our removalists will ensure everything is lifted and loaded carefully and then securely restrained for the move. Please don’t be shy. Our movers welcome your input about which items might need a bit more attention.
Are there any limits to what you will move?
Yes, as professionals we are bound to operate under safety and legal regulations. This means you should inform us when booking if you think you have any items that are hazardous in any way or anything which is irreplaceable or exceptionally fragile. Our consultants will be happy to discuss the situation with you. Additionally, we generally don’t encourage packing perishable goods, especially on long-distance moves.
